In early 1996 CMR was formed to provide construction project management, cost estimating and scheduling on a contract basis for contractors, developers and architects in the continental United States. Because our clients appreciated our unique approach to estimating that anticipates their cost control, reporting, sorting, and import needs and the clarity, organization and function of our CPM schedules, they soon began asking us to train their staff in our methods. In the spring of 1999 we introduced our Construction Project Management & Operations training. Because our training focuses on teaching the client why the different operations procedures are performed as opposed to simply showing them how, our clients develop a much better understanding of the overall construction management process and become much more effective managers. All of our training is performed at the client's office and is custom tailored to the client's organization, personnel, and schedule. Also introduced in early 1999 were our program management services for developers and corporations. Why CMR?
